Motorcycle Accident Deaths in Pennsylvania
Unfortunately, a considerable risk of injury and death awaits motorcycle riders every time they head out on the open road. In Pennsylvania, there have been around 1780 fatal motorcycle collisions annually, on average, throughout the last five years. Moreover, although motorcyclists account for a small fraction of those injured in auto accidents, these crashes caused nearly 15% of all fatalities.
When it comes to being injured or killed in a traffic collision, motorcycle riders have a far higher risk than other vehicle drivers or passengers. Sadly, all too many motorists ignore motorcyclists or follow them too closely, which often causes serious injuries or even fatalities in these crashes.
Here at the Slocum Firm, we stop at nothing to fight for motorcyclists and anybody else injured in these crashes across Pennsylvania because we are aware of the devastating effects that a motorcycle accident can have on a victim and their families.
