Homestead, PA (July 9, 2024) – According to troopers with the Pennsylvania State Police, authorities on Monday identified the woman killed last week in a multi-vehicle crash in Homestead as Lynn Reynolds, 47, of Duquesne. Doctors at UPMC Mercy Hospital pronounced Reynolds dead at around 12:35 p.m. on Saturday. No cause or manner of death has been determined yet. At least six people were hospitalized following the accident at Eighth Avenue and Ann Street, which involved at least four vehicles and took place shortly before 8:00 p.m. Officials reported that first responders pulled three motorists out of their cars.
