
Milton, PA (July 8, 2024) – A Danville man was killed in a crash Sunday afternoon at the intersection of Route 54 and Route 642 in Montour County. Pennsylvania State Police at Milton reports the crash happened just before 1:00 p.m. on Sunday, per the most recent information provided by area authorities.
Richard Heath of Danville, a driver of one of the two vehicles involved, was transported to Geisinger Medical Center in Danville, where he later died. A Milton man was driving the second vehicle in the collision, though it’s unclear if he was injured, and officers did not release further details about either of the motorists or their passengers. However, an investigation is still ongoing, and witnesses were asked to step forward as soon as possible.
