Whitehall, PA (June 13, 2024) – A driver and dog were rescued from a fiery crash in Whitehall on Monday, June 10.

The incident happened around 7:25 p.m. on East Brightview Avenue at Provost Road, according to local authorities who reported to assist the crash site investigation. First responders worked to put out the flames before the driver and dog were extricated from one of the vehicles involved. Both were hospitalized, though the extent of their injuries remains unknown. The road was closed for about an hour while crews cleared the site. However, an investigation is presently ongoing.
