Upper Saucon Twp, PA (November 26, 2024) – A fatal car crash occurred on Monday in Upper Saucon Township, claiming the life of 64-year-old David A. Stahler. The incident, reported by the Lehigh County Coroner’s Office, took place just after 1:00 p.m. in the 3200 block of Oakhurst Dr. when an SUV collided with a car.

According to authorities, both cars were involved in the crash, and emergency responders quickly arrived at the scene. Paramedics transported Stahler, who was driving one of the cars, to a nearby hospital, where he was later pronounced dead due to blunt force injuries sustained in the collision. The cause of death was confirmed as blunt force trauma from the crash, and the manner of death was ruled an accident.

The Upper Saucon Township Police Department, with assistance from local fire departments, worked diligently to control traffic and manage the scene.
