The incident occurred at approximately 3:00 p.m. at the junction of RTE 6 and Route 549, just east of Mansfield, as confirmed by Pennsylvania State Police.
According to the police report, Padleski was turning left onto RTE 6 heading east toward Mainesburg when his car was struck on the driver’s side by another car traveling west on RTE 6 toward Mansfield.
