Straban Township, PA (June 15, 2024) – An SUV and a truck collided at the intersection of Route 116 and Hoffman Road in Straban Township at about 12:15 p.m., Thursday, officers released further details on Friday.
Local officers and authorities from the Gettysburg Fire Department ran one lane of traffic until both vehicles were removed from the scene, though Pennsylvania State Police will supervise the investigation. Meanwhile, the cause of the collision is still under inquiry. Two people were assessed for moderate injuries at the scene and transported to the hospital, though officers have not yet released the latest updates on the victims’ current conditions.
