Motorcycle Crashes in Pennsylvania

Pittsburgh, PA - Man Hospitalized in Motorcycle Crash on Franklin StMotorcyclists who are involved in collisions often sustain serious, permanent injuries as well as significant financial losses. First, motorcyclists are not as well protected when riding as occupants of passenger vehicles since there are no doors to function as barriers, seatbelts, or other restraints. Unfortunately, all too many cyclists forego helmets. As a result, in an accident, the motorcyclist’s body is often in direct contact with the road or other vehicles, and their injuries are frequently severe.

That said, injured riders in Pennsylvania may be able to file a claim for damages against the responsible party, such as the at-fault motorist.
