According to the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT), over 10,000 DUI-related crashes occurred in the state in 2023, with approximately 300 of these incidents resulting in fatalities.

Drunk driving accidents not only endanger lives but also lead to significant legal and financial consequences for those involved. Victims of DUI-related accidents often face extensive medical treatments, ongoing rehabilitation, and potential long-term disabilities.
For those seeking compensation, understanding personal injury law is essential. Immediately after a DUI accident, it is crucial to seek medical attention, collect evidence, and contact law enforcement. Consulting with a personal injury attorney can also help you understand your rights and options.
Proving fault in a DUI accident often involves gathering evidence such as police reports, medical records, witness statements, and accident reconstruction reports. These pieces of evidence can help establish liability and strengthen your compensation claim
