What is my claim worth?

If you are injured outside of work and we make a recovery without filing a lawsuit, our fee is one third of the recovery. If we file suit for your injury claim our fee typically increases to 40% of the recovery.

With little exception, an injury claim for a workplace injury must be filed within three years of the injury. For non-work-related injuries, claims must be filed within two years of the date of the injury.
