Stoneycreek Township, PA (May 10, 2024) – On Wednesday, a motorist lost his life in an accident in Stoneycreek Township, according to local officers who responded to the scene.
Police reported that the collision took place at the junction of South Route 1005/Brotherton Road and South Route 31/Glades Pike. A Buick Encore traveling south on Brotherton Road apparently collided with a Peterbilt truck, which caused it to turn over and roll down an embankment. One victim was declared deceased at the site of the collision. Somerset EMS and the Berlin Fire Department also assisted, though ant other victims’ current conditions are unknown. Investigators are still looking into the crash.
