Mahoning Township, PA (May 25, 2024) – Authorities reported that, following a car accident in Carbon County on Friday, May 24, a 36-year-old man passed away.

Trevor Hunsicker of Kingston, Pennsylvania, was declared deceased at Lehigh Valley Hospital-Cedar Crest just after 9:50 p.m., according to the Lehigh County Coroner’s office. Per troopers with the Pennsylvania State Police, the collision happened in Mahoning Township’s 400 block of Ashtown Road at about 5:55 p.m. on Friday. The collision is being looked into by the Pennsylvania State Police and the coroner’s office. No details on the other injured victims’ current conditions were released, and an investigation is still ongoing in the meantime.
