Londonderry Township, PA (June 5, 2024) – Two people were injured in a crash on the Pennsylvania Turnpike on June 2, and officers released further details concerning the incident on Tuesday, June 4.
Pennsylvania State Police say a York Haven woman was driving with hazard lights flashing in the westbound lanes around mile marker 254.5 at around 11:10 p.m. A second vehicle driven by a Pittsburgh man rear-ended the woman’s vehicle, pushing it into a grass hill to the right of the roadway. Both drivers were taken to Hershey Medical Center with suspected injuries. However, no additional information was provided, and Londonderry authorities requested that any witnesses come forward as they continued their investigation.
