Lancaster Co, PA (December 20, 2024) – A serious injury car crash occurred on Thursday evening in Lancaster County, leaving three adults and three children with major trauma. The incident, reported by emergency dispatchers, took place around 7:18 p.m. at the intersection of Kirkwood Pike and Dry Wells Rd.  

According to dispatchers, the crash resulted in a child being ejected from the car, and all six victims sustained “major trauma” injuries. Emergency services quickly arrived on the scene to assess the situation. Firefighters assisted with the extraction of the victims from the wrecked cars, while ambulances transported the injured individuals to nearby hospitals. 

Weather-related challenges complicated the response efforts, but authorities were able to manage traffic flow and ensure the safe transport of the victims. The nature of the injuries is still unspecified, and Pennsylvania State Police remain on site to investigate the cause of the crash.
