Lancaster County, PA (February 13, 2025) – A fatal scooter crash occurred on Monday afternoon on Old Philadelphia Pike in Lancaster County, resulting in the death of a father and critical injuries to his two young children. According to the authorities, 31-year-old Emanual Blank was riding a scooter with his 15-month-old and 6-year-old sons when a sprinter van collided with them.
