Fertility, PA (May 24, 2024) – A collision between a tractor-trailer and a pickup truck in Lancaster County resulted in major traffic congestion on Route 30 Wednesday, and officers with the Fertility PD say at least one person sustained injuries.
The two-vehicle collision was reported at Lincoln Highway and Route 30 in East Lampeter Township and was attended to by crews shortly after 11:30 a.m. The collision blocked the eastbound lanes of Route 30, and law enforcement personnel directed traffic in the area. However, the total number of people injured and the severity of their injuries remained unknown. Authorities have not disclosed what caused the crash, but officers requested that any witnesses come forward as they continued their investigation.
