A working career focused on customer service for 10+ years, and together with her bilingual skills and a marketing degree from Universidad Santo Tomas in Colombia, has provided her the opportunity to work with American based companies recognized worldwide in Colombia.

At Greif Inc. a manufacturing industrial company based in Delaware, OH Bezayda served as the point of contact between key account managers in the US and the production team in Colombia, with Greif Inc., where she visited the US for the first time in 2011.

At CDM Smith, a consulting engineering company based in Boston, MA, Bezayda worked as a Marketing Assistant in which she explored the engineering world.

In 2019, Bezayda moved to the US, where she volunteered at the Luzerne County Historical Society participating in activities related to preserving the history of Luzerne County for the new generations. She also participated as an interpreter for MOM-n-PA 2019 Wilkes-Barre, a 2-day free dental clinic for underserved Pennsylvanians that provides dental treatment at no cost. At MOM-n-PA, Bezayda was able to help Spanish speakers’ patients communicate during their dental appointment, where she was one of 944 interpreters volunteering at this event
