Michael J. Parker is a renowned Attorney in the area of Disability Law. He is a graduate of the University of Massachusetts, Amherst where he obtained a Bachelor of Arts in History in 2001. He obtained his Juris Doctor from the Pennsylvania State University Dickinson School of Law in 2004. He immediately began representing disabled individuals upon passing the Bar Exam. Michael worked for a Scranton Law Firm for 10 years and managed their disability practice. In 2015, Michael joined a large Philadelphia Law Firm where he would regularly handle 45-50 Social Security Disability Hearings per month throughout the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, New Jersey and New York. In 2018, Attorney Parker formed a Long Term Disability Department for his previous employer where he would obtain over a million dollars annually in Long Term Disability Benefits for his clients.

Attorney Parker is Board Certified as a Social Security Disability Trial Advocate by the Board of Trial Advocacy. He has been named by Philadelphia Magazine a Super Lawyer/Rising Star in the field of Disability Law consistently since 2010. Attorney Parker has published extensively regarding Social Security Disability Claims and ERISA based Long Term Disability Claims. He further published an E-book regarding the proper handling of a Social Security Disability Claim where the disabling condition was Fibromyalgia. Attorney Parker has spoken regularly at conferences, Union Meetings and Continuing Legal Education courses.
